What size should I order?
Our tees and hoodies come in five unisex sizes: 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12-13 Years. Tees are a regular fit and hoodies are a relaxed fit. If your child is between sizes, go up. The size guide has height, chest and garment measurements so you can compare with a top that already fits well.
What colours can I choose from?
T-shirts come in Black, White, Red, Green, Blue and Heather Grey. Hoodies come in Black, Heather Grey, Navy, Pink, Red and Royal Blue. Pick the colour on the product page; the preview shows the design on that colour. Screen colours can vary a little from the finished garment.
When will my order arrive?
Everything is printed to order, so allow 1-3 working days for printing and packing, then 2-4 working days for Standard delivery (£4.99) or 1-2 working days for Express (£6.99). Delivery is free on orders over £50. You'll get a tracking email when it's on its way. Ordering for a dress-up day? Count back from the date and choose Express if it's close.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Even though items are printed to order, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to cancel, and 14 more days to send it back unworn and unwashed. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. For a different size, return the item and place a new order, or message us. Full details are on the Delivery & Returns page.
How durable is the print, and how should I wash it?
Our prints are heat-applied vinyl, which is tough, bright and made for everyday wear and washing. To keep it looking its best: wash inside out at 30°C, don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly on the print. Cared for like this, the design will outlast plenty of playground scrapes.
Do you do adult sizes?
Not yet, but adult sizes are coming. If you'd like a matching top for the grown-ups, drop us a message and we'll let you know when they're available.
Can I order for a whole class or group?
Yes, we'd love to help. Email us at mvprintsonline@gmail.com with the design, the number of children and a rough size breakdown, and we'll put together a quote and a timeline. Please give us as much notice as you can before the dress-up day.
Where are the tops made?
Every top is printed to order in the UK by us, using quality blank garments and heat-applied vinyl. Nothing is printed until you order it, so there's no wasted stock.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Just add to basket and check out as a guest. We'll email your order confirmation and tracking details, and that's all you need.
Is this the same shop as your TikTok Shop?
Yes. The designs, printing and care are identical whether you order here or through TikTok Shop. Orders placed on TikTok follow TikTok's delivery and returns process, so if you bought there, manage your order in the TikTok app.
