Delivery
Every T-shirt and hoodie is printed to order here in the UK. Once your order comes in we print it, check it and pack it, which usually takes 1-3 working days. Please allow for this on top of the delivery times below, especially in the run-up to Halloween and Christmas when the print queue is at its busiest.

Orders go out by Royal Mail or a tracked courier, depending on the size of the parcel. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
We deliver anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. We also post to the EU (£14.99) and to selected countries further afield (£23.99); international parcels can take 7-14 working days after dispatch and may attract local duties.
Need it for a dress-up day?
Count back from the day at school: dispatch time plus delivery time. If it's going to be tight, choose Express at checkout and send us a message with the date so we can keep an eye on it. We can't promise a particular day, but we'll do our best.
Returns
Changed your mind
Because every item is printed to order, we don't hold stock we can simply put back on the shelf. Even so, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back. This applies to standard sizes and colours from our range. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You cover the cost of return postage, and we'll refund the item price, plus the standard delivery charge if you're returning the whole order, within 14 days of receiving it back.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, has a print fault, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Get in touch within 30 days with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it, usually without needing the item back.
Wrong size
Ordered a size that doesn't fit? Follow the change-of-mind steps above and place a fresh order for the right size, or message us and we'll help. Our size guide has measurements to check before you buy.
How to return something

- We'll reply with the returns address and confirm what happens next.
- Post the item back within 14 days. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
